    Dr Ruschitzska: While tolerability of drugs is key， there is a lot we doctors can do better， too. When seeing our patients， we should take our time， be a convincing and charismatic doctor， build a relationship with our patients， and listen to them..

     Dr Ruschitzska:That is a big debate. I have always felt that pathophysiologically they make sense and in theory they are great， but in practice they fail.
